  • Can I take part in your programmes from anywhere in the world?
    YES! We remote manage all of our online clients and have built great relationships on a global level. A massive pro to being able to work with a Personal Trainer online! We will provide you with everything you need to achieve results no matter where you are in the world.
  • Do I have to submit progress pictures?
    NO! Submitting progress photos is not an essential part of working with LCF. We do encourage you to take progress pictures though as this is a great way to measure progress. Your body composition can change quite quickly, we find it’s a nice boost of motivation when things get tougher and you look back at how much progress you have made. When it comes to reprogramming, we might ask to review your body composition via progress pictures but these would never be shared without your permission and again, are not essential.
  • Do I have to join a gym in order to work with you?
    NO! We tailor your workout based on your circumstances. If that means programming a home workout with no equipment, that’s exactly what we do. Just as effective when it comes to seeing results, from a fat loss perspective.
  • What support will I get throughout working with you?
    You’ll be fully supported through daily communication and weekly check-ins. There is in App communication on the Luke Campbell Fitness branded App or if you choose to, you can communicate with your coach via WhatsApp. Depending on what package you choose, you may also have regular video calls booked in per week/month. Communication is never 24/7 as this is unrealistic but there is a lot of focus on ensuring that you feel supported and this is reviewed regularly.
  • Do you provide set meal plans?
    Yes however we coach all of our clients around nutrition, specifically in the first few weeks of training. Our goal is to support you through understanding how important nutrition is when it comes to your general health and fitness. We will teach you to understand more about macronutrients and how to build your daily healthy eating habits around your personal goals. If this isn’t something a client wants, we offer a 7 day meal plan programme which is updated every 4 weeks to provide a variety of meals. This comes at an additional cost, see plans and pricing for more information via our website.
  • How do I know that I am performing exercises correctly?
    Our training App provides you with personal exercise demonstrations! In addition to this, we ask for regular video footage from you which allows your coach to review your general training form and intensity. This ensures safe lifting and effective coaching.
  • How does consultation work?
    We offer 2 different consultation processes. You can choose from either having a 30 minute FREE videocall or, provide us with all the relevant information we need to build an effective programme for you via form submission. Both are just as effective as each other, but some people choose to provide information via form for ease.
